SPONSOR: "Honda + Progressive present “Honda's Championship Proven CRF450RWE Sweepstakes" sponsored by American Honda Motor Co., Inc. – (hereinafter “Honda” or “Sponsor”). Any questions, comments or complaints are to be directed to Sponsor. Entry information is owned by Sponsor. You understand you are providing your entry information to the Sponsor and that, if you have indicated that you would like to receive marketing from Progressive Casualty Insurance Company ("Progressive"), your entry information may be shared by Sponsor with Progressive. The entry information provided will only be used in the event that an entrant is selected as a sweepstakes winner or if the entrant has indicated he/she would like to receive additional information from Sponsor or Progressive. Any entrant that has indicated that he/she would like to receive additional information from Sponsor or Progressive will be contacted by email and/or by phone. Personal information collected from entrants is used by Sponsor subject to the Sponsor’s Privacy Notice, which can be found at https://www.honda.com/privacy/privacy-notice, and, if personal information is used by Progressive, its use of the personal information is governed by its Privacy Policy, which can be found at https://www.progressive.com/privacy/. 2. ELIGIBILITY: The sweepstakes is open to legal residents of and located in any of the fifty United States or the District of Columbia (excluding Rhode Island and any state where this sweepstakes is prohibited by law). Entrants must be at least eighteen (18) years of age or older at time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, related entities, distributors, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion fulfillment agencies, retailers, and their immediate families (spouse, and parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in the same households as such individuals (whether related or not) are not eligible. This sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law and is subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws. 3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The sweepstakes entry period begins on May 23rd, 2025, at approximately 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time and ("ET") ends on September 16, 2025, at approximately 4:00 PM ET ("Sweepstakes Period"). 4. HOW TO ENTER: During the Sweepstakes Period, fans may enter the sweepstakes at https://powersports.honda.com/crf450rwe-sweepstakes by following the directions provided to complete and submit the entry form in its entirety. Entrants will be limited to one (1) entry for the entire Sweepstakes Period. Entries in excess of the stated limitation will be void and disqualified. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. False or deceptive entries or acts, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, will render the entrant ineligible. Participants represent and warrant that they have not purchased any kind of device or Internet service in order to submit an entry or participate in and/or enter the sweepstakes. Entrants will have the option to "opt in" to receive subsequent electronic communication from Sponsor and/or third-party partners. Opting to receive further information is not a requirement for entry in the sweepstakes nor does it increase chances of winning. 5. PRIZES: 2025 Honda CRF450RWE motorcycle. The total approximate retail value of grand prize is twelve thousand five hundred ninety-nine dollars ($12,599.00). The prize cannot be exchanged for cash. If lost, prize will not be replaced. Winner cannot assign or transfer their prize to another person. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of comparable or greater value, in its sole discretion. All federal, state and local taxes as well as all costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being required are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prizes is awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. Sponsor does not make any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the use of any prize including, without limitation, quality, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Further, no responsibilities are accepted for any additional expenses, omission, delays, re-routing or acts of any government or authority. All prize details are at Sponsor's sole discretion. 6. HOW TO WIN: Potential winner will be randomly selected on or about September 16, 2025 from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The decisions of the Sponsor will be final and binding and cannot be appealed. Potential winner will be notified by phone and/or email shortly after the drawing and must meet all eligibility requirements. Prize will be shipped to local Honda Powersports dealer near winner's residence (to be determined by Sponsor) one (1) month after the winner verification process has been completed. 7. CLAIMING PRIZES/RELEASES: Eligibility and all claims made by a potential winner are subject to verification. Sponsor is not responsible for fraudulent communications sent to entrants not by Sponsor. Potential winner will be required to execute and return an Affidavit (or Declaration) of Eligibility, Liability and, unless prohibited, Publicity Release. If a potential winner does not respond to the initial notification within 24 hrs of notification, does not return all required documentation within the time period stated, or if a prize notification or prize is returned as undeliverable, or such potential winner is not in compliance with these rules or declines the prize, prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor's discretion, an alternate winner selected. Only three (3) alternate winners will be selected; after which the prize will remain unawarded. In the event of a dispute regarding entries received from multiple users having the same e-mail account, the authorized subscriber of the e-mail account at the time of entry will be deemed to be the entrant and must comply with these rules. Authorized account subscriber is the natural person who is assigned the e-mail address by the Internet Service Provider (ISP), on-line service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses. Sponsor shall not be responsible or liable for its failure to contact the potential winner due to undeliverable email message or an inactive or suspended phone number and/or email account or failure to provide a current email address. Participants should be sure to check their phone and email regularly and keep their account updated with their correct contact information so that they will be able to receive prize if selected as a potential winner. 8. PUBLICITY GRANT: Except where prohibited, by accepting a prize, the prize winner consents to Sponsor's and Honda's use of prize winner's name, city and state of residence, photograph and likeness, without additional compensation, notification or permission, for advertising, trade and promotional purposes in all media, whether now known or hereafter devised, in perpetuity. 9. RELEASE OF LIABILITY/GENERAL CONDITIONS: By entering, participants agree to (i) these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters, and (ii) release the Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, dealerships, retailers, and advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents and Progressive Casualty Insurance Company (collectively, “Released Parties”) from any and all liability claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, death, damages or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership, use or misuse of the prize (including any injury or harm resulting from use of the prize), or while preparing for, participating in, utilizing and/or traveling to any prize-related activity, including any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages. Released Parties expressly disclaim any responsibility or liability for injury, death or loss to any person or property relating to the delivery and/or subsequent use, malfunction, availability, and delay in delivery of the prize awarded. Released Parties shall not be liable to winner or any other person for failure to supply the prize or any part thereof, by reason of any acts of God, any action(s), regulation(s), order(s) or request(s) by any governmental or quasi-governmental entity (whether or not the action(s), regulations(s), order(s) or request(s) prove(s) to be invalid), equipment failure, terrorist acts, earthquake, war, fire, flood, explosion, unusually severe weather, hurricane, embargo, labor dispute or strike (whether legal or illegal), labor or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, work slow-down, civil disturbance, insurrection, riot, or any other cause beyond Sponsor’s sole control. Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, misdirected, undelivered, postage-due or garbled emails, notifications, mail, entries, or other communications of any kind; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prize, or in any sweepstakes-related materials. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to participants' or to any other person's computer or other device related to or resulting from participating in this sweepstakes or downloading materials from or use of the website. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the sweepstakes in the event that the sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the sweepstakes. If terminated, Sponsor may, at its discretion, select the potential winner from all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to action taken or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor. CONDITIONS RELATING TO PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES AND USE OF THE ENTRY SITE: Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds, in its sole determination, to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the sweepstakes, or the entry site; to be in violation of the terms of use of the entry site or to be acting in violation of these rules, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Without limitation of the foregoing, any use of software or hardware, including without limitation, a program, mechanism, system, robot, "bot", macro or other artificial device, process or manipulation is strictly prohibited. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate any person’s participation in the sweepstakes to whom Sponsor suspects has engaged in any manipulation. Any attempt to deliberately damage the sweepstakes or operation of the sweepstakes is unlawful and subject to legal action by Sponsor who may seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. 11. GOVERNING LAWS: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these official rules, or the rights and obligations of any contestant and Sponsor, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia. In any action brought to enforce the obligation or right of any party hereunder they consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in any court of appropriate jurisdiction in the Delaware. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. 12. RULES AND SPONSOR'S DECISIONS ARE BINDING: By entering the sweepstakes, participants agree to waive any rights to claim ambiguity with the official rules. Decisions made by Sponsor in relation to this sweepstakes are final and binding in all matters, including, without limitation, interpretation of these official rules and the awarding of the sweepstakes prize, and cannot be appealed. Participation in the sweepstakes constitutes participant's understanding of and full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these official rules. Sponsor's decision not to enforce a specific provision of these official rules does not constitute a waiver of that provision or of the official rules generally. 13.
